What does wrong side mean in crochet?
1) When you look at your piece if you can see both of the top stitches in the last completed row than you are looking at the right side. If you cannot clearly see the tops of both loops then you are looking at the wrong side.
How do you tell which is the right side of your crochet amigurumi?
When crocheting in the round to make amigurumi, the right side is the surface that is more textured and has a pattern of repeating “V” shapes throughout. The opposite side is the wrong side, and has horizontal bars instead of the “V” pattern.
How do you crochet a row without turning it?
Pattern Instructions
- Row 1:Without turning your work, insert your hook into the next stitch.
- Row 2:Wrap the yarn around the crochet hook and pull the yarn through the stitch.
- Row 3:Wrap the yarn around the crochet hook and pull the yarn through both stitches on your hook.
