Can I decoupage inkjet prints?
You can decoupage images printed with an ink jet printer by lightly coating the image with a base coat of white glue mixed with water, and letting it dry before proceeding. Using a water-based varnish will further eliminate any risk of theink bleeding.
Do you need special paper for decoupage?

Can I use parchment paper to print on wood?
Printing on wood will be piece of cake if you follow this technique. Put a sheet of parchment paper in the printer and then place it on the piece of wood. Wipe with an ATM card and the result will be amazing.
Can you make your own decoupage?
Use craft stick to mix together three parts Elmer’s® Glue-All® with 1 part water in a paper cup. Stir well. Use sponge brush to spread mixture over surface. Papers may stretch or bubble up initially, so smooth out air from bubbles with finger and then go over area again with foam brush.
